Why does the t[.]co p̶r̶i̶v̶a̶c̶y̶ ̶v̶i̶o̶l̶a̶t̶o̶r̶ “link shortener” will occasionally stutter? Especially when using links outside of twitter, I frequently see it just sit
for several secs before it redirects to wherever I actually wanted to go in the first place
