My wrist pain got intense in August or September 2019, about 6 months before COVID changed work permanently. I’ve done a lot of work to make typing possible without pain, but one factor is using a split keyboard at a specific desk height. Hard to do outside.

@ericmigi @onbeeper Fwiw The second group is a replacement for an sms group, probably an improvement for most people but not all, and afaik nobody loves it in slack. Busy people disable notifications and rarely reply, and other group members find it hard to coordinate events bc of this.
